Jeddah, 17 February 2025 Bentley Motors has consolidated its operations in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India into a new unified region, now known as the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This restructuring aims to streamline operations and foster greater collaboration across these key markets.
EMEA Region Overview
The newly formed EMEA region encompasses 95 retailers across 41 markets, representing approximately one-third of Bentley’s global sales volume. This region is the largest for the luxury car manufacturer, reflecting its strategic importance.

Leadership Appointment
Richard Leopold, who has been with Bentley for over 17 years, has been appointed as the Regional Director for EMEA. With extensive experience in leading regional markets, Richard is well-positioned to oversee the growth and operations of this newly structured region. In his new role, Richard commented: "I will continue working closely with Bentley’s partners and retailers to enhance our operations and drive further growth in key regions, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
